I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and romantic rooms that felt like a cozy retreat. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist, but there were some issues with bugs in the bathroom and a difficult-to-open sliding glass door. The location was perfect for exploring all the attractions in Williamsburg, and everything was conveniently close by. The dining experience was not as expected, with limited breakfast options, but the homemade pastries were a nice touch.
